About the Event
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a prestigious and pivotal event in the academic calendar of our college. This meeting serves as the cornerstone for electing the new leadership team that will drive the vision and activities of these esteemed student organizations for the upcoming year. During the AGM, students will have the opportunity to participate in the democratic process, casting their votes to select the Coordinator, Convener, and Co-Convener. These roles are crucial in ensuring the effective organization of events, workshops, and activities that promote technical knowledge, innovation, and skill development.
In this democratic process, students from all years—1st to 4th—are elected as Coordinators, ensuring equal representation across batches. This structure fosters inclusivity and collaboration, empowering each year to contribute fresh ideas and diverse perspectives.
